Snake Tray is manufactured from ASTM A510 - High strength steel wire. The trays are constructed from pre-galvanized wire
in accordance with ASTM standards to produce a resilient finish, which withstands most indoor applications, or mild sheltered
outdoor environments. Snake Tray can be manufactured in stainless steel in accordance with ASTM A58O for harsher
environments.
Snake Tray products are designed for high density nesting which allows for more tray to be shipped in less space than our
competitors, thus reducing shipping costs and on-site storage requirements. The structural steel wires in our products are the
largest in the industry.
101 Series Snake Tray®
The 101 series Snake Tray is designed for installation below a raised floor and as risers on vertical surfaces. Available in seven
sizes, the 101 series can accommodate up to 72 square inches of cable path. The center spine allows the Snake Tray to be
easily bent by hand around and over obstructions, around corners and up walls. Mounting rings are pre-formed into the support
legs (pre-engineered offsets) and require no additional bracketry. As with all Snake Tray products, only one (1) CB-10
or CB-12 (connector bolt) is required to join sections together.
201 Series Snake Tray®
The 201 series Snake Tray is utilized both below raised floors and overhead either mounted to walls, cabinets or
suspended from the ceiling structure. Available in two configurations, single or double pocket pathway design, the 201 series
tray can accommodate up to 50 square inches of cable path or 510 data cables at the NEC required 50% fill rate for ventilated
cable tray. Snake Tray’s unique center spine design allows the tray to be easily bent by hand to make risers and drops, create
turns where needed and avoid obstacles. Mounting rings or Snake Eyes are located along the center spine, allowing easy
attachment of threaded rod for suspended applications, and require only one (1) CB-10 or CB-12 (connector bolt) to join
sections together.
301 Series Snake Canyon®
The 301 series Snake Canyon trays are for use within a raised floor environment. The Snake Canyon system integrates with
the access floor. Cam-Loc, Latch-Loc, Click-In and traditional models offer attachment methods that work with all types of
access flooring. Available in 2", 4", 6", 8" & 12" depths, Snake Canyon models provide up to 276 square inches of cable path
or a capacity approaching 3000 data cables. Manufactured from galvanized steel wires in accordance with ASTM B633 SC3 -
General requirements for regular galvanized wire. Crossing grids, turning components and half sections are available.
401 Series Snake Race
The 401 series Snake Tray is a mini cable manager that will handle upwards of 75 CAT6 cables. The Snake Race incorporates
mounting rings along two planes allowing for multiple mounting configurations as well as a flexible spine which allows for a
completely hand bendable design necessary to negotiate any changes in direction without using tools or additional hardware.
Snake Race is manufactured from galvanized steel wires in accordance with ASTM B633 SC3. Snake Race eliminates any undue
stresses on sagging cables by maintaining 100% support and proper bending radii for all types of cable especially in situations
where generic cable hooks might be installed. Use Snake Race underneath office furniture as a means to manage desktop
cables and power cords.
501 Series Wall SnakeTM
The 501 series Wall Snake has been designed with mounting rings or Snake Eyes running vertically along the center spine to
allow it to be directly attached to a wall. These mounting rings eliminate the need for additional brackets or hanging hardware
to complete the installation. As with all Snake Tray products, the Wall Snake can be bent by hand in any direction along any
plane to create a custom fit for any application. Available in four sizes, 4, 9, 25 and 36 square inch pathways, Wall Snake is
manufactured from galvanized steel wires in accordance with ASTM B633 SC3 - General requirements for regular galvanized
wire. Wall Snake is the perfect solution for long linear runs along a wall where space is at a premium.
601 Series Ladder SnakeTM
The 601 Series Ladder Snake is designed for installation on traditional ladder trays. Two styles of tray are available, one installs
on new ladder tray increasing the cable carrying capacity of the tray and the other installs on existing ladder creating a second
cable path above the legacy cable. The Ladder Snake offers up to 55 square inches of pathway and can accommodate up to
560 Data/Com cables at the prescribed NEC required 50% fill. As with all Snake Tray products, the 601 Series center spine
is hand bendable, no clipping, cutting or tools required.
707 Snake Bus ®
The 707 series Snake Bus is a paradigm shift in the way we think about electrical power distribution for under raised access
floors. The Snake Bus system utilizes bus bar technology to distribute 15KW of power along eight-foot linear tracks. The
tracks simply snap together with the provided positive lock couplers, and provide tap-off locations every twelve inches along
the length of the track. Flexible whips then tap into the bus bar at one of these locations, and distribute power to each device
as a dedicated circuit. A full line of floor boxes, power strips and distribution devices are available to complete any electrical
design. A truly “Plug-n-Play” solution that can reduce the basic electrical construction cost by over forty percent.
801 Series Mega Snake
The 801 series Mega Snake is a high capacity cable tray specifically designed to greatly reduce installation rates by eliminating
hanging brackets, struts and hardware; as well as offering pre-manufactured turns, tee's and crosses which negates the need
to modify the tray's structure or add adaptive support structures. The patented design component that sets Mega Snake apart
from the generic crowd is the introduction of an ingenious accessory rail along the top edge of the tray. This horizontal double
wire design provides the location for all types of mounting solutions, threaded rod for overhead installations, additional
pathways for fiber and security and the self aligning splice plates that are used to join the sections together. Available in 12, 18
and 24-inch widths and depths of 4" and 6" this high capacity tray is the perfect solution for data centers, hospitals and industrial
applications where large volume of cables need to be managed. Mega Snake is constructed from quarter inch galvanized
steel wire, the largest diameter in the industry, making, Mega Snake is the strongest and most robust wire style tray available
in the industry for both data and high voltage cables. Additionally, with its unique side rail design, Mega Snake nests together
creating dense stacks for reduced shipping and material handling. Mega Snake can also be manufactured in stainless steel for
outdoor applications, petrol chemical, food service, medical installations, and other installations exposed to environmental
influences.
Finishes
Pre-Galvanized Zinc
Stock finish on Snake Tray is Galvanized Zinc. Galvanized Zinc coatings are in accordance with ASTM B633 SC3. Coated with
an average thickness of 18 to 20 microns. This surface is ideally suited for indoor applications.
Powder Coatings
Powder coatings are in accordance with AAMA 2604. Powder coatings stay bright with less fading, and color selection is virtually
unlimited with high and low gloss, metallic, and clear finishes available. Texture selections range from smooth surfaces
to wrinkled or matte finishes. Powder coating contains no solvent, and thereby the process emits negligible, if any, polluting
volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the atmosphere.
Hot Dipped Galvanized
Pre-galvanized wire in accordance with ASTM A641-89 - General requirements for regular galvanized wire.
Hot dipped methods.
Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel in accordance with ASTM A580. Mainly used in the food, chemical, petrochemical, rail/transit industries and
areas where moisture may be an issue such as tunneling projects. Stainless Steel offers excellent corrosion resistance in most
environments.
